Electrical Distribution Network Operator

In accordance with the decisions of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office:

 

1. ZEM Łabędy Sp. z o.o.  is an electrical distribution network operator
   Licence no: DRE-4711-56(25)/2010/2013/864/ŁG of 16 October 2013, valid until 31 December 2030.
   The area specified in the electricity distribution license.
2. ZEM Łabędy Sp. z o.o holds a license to distribute electricity
   Licence no: PEE/186/864/W/1/2/99/AS of 2 November 1999, valid until 31 December 2030.
   The scope of the activity covered by this license is business activity consisting in the distribution of electricity for the needs of customers located in the area and in the vicinity of Huta Łabędy S.A. in Gliwice, with 110 kV, 30 kV, 6kV networks and low voltage networks.
3. ZEM Łabędy Sp. z o.o. holds a license to trade in electricity
   Licence no: OEE/731/864/W/DRE/2013/BT of 17 July 2013, valid until 1 January 2024.
   The subject of the activity covered by this licence is business activity consisting in trading in electricity for the needs of customers located on the territory of the Republic of Poland.

Information regarding a supplier ex officio

Please be advised that for customers connected to our distribution network who have contracts for the provision of electricity distribution services, the supplier ex officio is ZEM Łabędy Sp. z o.o.

 

Information regarding a reserve supplier

Acting pursuant to art. 5aa para. 4 of the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 755, i.e.) ZEM Łabędy Sp. z o.o. informs that it currently has no suppliers who offer reserve supply to end users connected to our distribution network. If you want to indicate a reserve supplier in the comprehensive agreement, please contact ZEM Łabędy Sp. z o.o.
