Description of power industry activities:

ZEM Łabędy sp.z o.o. is an enterprise that conducts its power industry activities mainly in the area of Huta Łabędy S.A. and in its immediate vicinity.

Power Plant - ZEM conducts the following types of power industry activities:

1. Licensed power industry activities - conducted on the basis of licences granted by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, including:

a) Distribution of electricity collected from the Operator - Tauron Dystrybucja S.A., its own distribution network to industrial customers in the area and in the vicinity of Huta Łabędy S.A.

b) Trading in electricity for the needs of customers located in the Republic of Poland

c) Distribution of gaseous fuels for the needs of customers located in the area and in the vicinity of Huta Łabędy S.A., with a network of pressure of up to 0.395 MPa,

d) Trading in natural gas for the needs of customers located in the Republic of Poland

e) heat generation in the following heat sources:

- Boiler room of the plant

- DHW boiler room

 located at ul. Anny Jagiellonki 45 in Gliwice.

f) heat transmission and distribution with a network powered from the plant's boiler room located in Gliwice at ul. Anny Jagiellonki 45.

2. Other power industry activities, including for industrial customers located on the territory of Huta Łabędy S.A.:

             a) Production and network distribution of compressed air,

             b) Network distribution of drinking and industrial water

             c) Cooling services - provided by means of own closed water circuits for cooling of rolling and steelmaking equipment,

            d) Disposal and treatment of social and industrial sewage, rainwater and snowmelt by own sewage network,

            e) Telephone services - leased lines - provided by own switchboard and network for industrial local recipients,

3. Renovation, modernisation and maintenance services of equipment and energy installations for local and national customers,

4. Installation and assembly services of equipment and energy installations - at local and national customers.
