Quality Policy

The main purpose of ZEM "Łabędy" Sp. z o.o. is the production of steel structures, production and distribution of heat, provision of services of repair, modernisation and assembly of i.e. rolling stock, machining, energy and electrical services, checking of control and measuring apparatus and automation as well as angle measuring instruments to measure the length of the angle, that meet the client's requirements and expectations, which ensures long and safe use by the recipient.

ZEM "Łabędy" Sp. z o.o. implements the above tasks using modern techniques and technologies, ensuring high quality services based on the analysis of risks and opportunities, complying with applicable standards and legal requirements of domestic and foreign clients.

We will implement the Quality Management System Policy through:
 

• achieving goals in line with the company's strategy, taking into account the context of the organisation and stakeholders,
• comprehensiveness of services and provided products
• high quality parameters of offered products and services as well as holding relevant certificates and approvals,
• timely delivery of products and implementation of services, without defects, at a high quality level,
• maintaining the image of a trustworthy, reliable and credible partner,
• expansion of technical facilities by equipping our company with modern equipment, devices and technologies,
• modernisation of the base and hardware infrastructure ensuring high quality and timeliness of services provided, achieving a positive economic effect,
• selection of suppliers of raw materials, materials and services that meet the requirements of interested parties,
• the involvement of all employees in improving activities related to the quality of services provided,
• improving qualifications of employees, training leading to improvement of employees' awareness of quality,
• continuous improvement of the implemented management system, including effectiveness and efficiency of actions taken under the Quality Management System

The Company's Management Board declares its commitment to the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System that is in line with the requirements of the PN-EN ISO 9001:2015 standard and provides the necessary resources to implement the principles of the Quality Policy, confirming that the policy is communicated, understood, applied and available in all areas of the organisation, including to stakeholders.
