Gas Distribution Network Operator

In accordance with the decisions of the President of the Energy Regulatory Office:

1. ZEM Łabędy Sp. z o.o.  is a gas distribution network operator Licence no: DRE-4721-1(18)/2010/2013/864/ŁG of 12 July 2013, valid until 31 December 2030.
   The area specified in the gas distribution license.
2. ZEM Łabędy Sp. z o.o holds a license to distribute gaseous fuels. Licence no: PPG/33/864/W/1/2/99/AS of 2 November 1999, valid until 31 December 2030
   The subject of the activity covered by this licence is business activity consisting in distribution of gaseous fuels for the needs of customers located in the area and in the vicinity of Huta Łabędy S.A., with a network of pressure of 0.395 MPa.
3. ZEM Łabędy Sp. z o.o. holds a license to trade in gaseous fuels
   Licence no: OPG/265/864/W/OKA/2014/KL of 15 May 2014, valid until 19 May 2024.
   The subject of the activity covered by this licence is business activity consisting in trading in gaseous fuels for the needs of customers located on the territory of the Republic of Poland.

Information regarding a reserve supplier

Acting pursuant to art. 5aa para. 4 of the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 755, i.e.) ZEM Łabędy Sp. z o.o. informs that it currently has no suppliers who offer reserve supply to end users connected to our distribution network.  If you want to indicate a reserve supplier in the comprehensive agreement, please contact ZEM Łabędy Sp. z o.o.
